Hydraulic Power Units
DMT offers hydraulic power units designed specificly for your application. We offer systems
designed for a single machine or ones for multiple work stations. All are designed for low noise and
long life applications.
Disconnect Handle
DMT offers unique hydraulic components that aid in applying hydraulic fixtures to your machine. We
offer one handed disconnect couplers for ease of operation lower operator fatigue. The single hand
design offers ergonomic single motion benifits for faster coupling. A convenient storage block is
available for when the handle is disconnected. An optional switch is also available as a safeguard
interlock to avoid the potential of sending the pallet into the machine with the handle attached.
Tilt Station
Let gravity work for you rather than against you when loading those large parts on an angle plate.
DMT's Tilting Setup Station will allow your operators to load parts with better sight lines to datums,
set parts in place and let go before clamping, and in most cases just one operator can load even the
largest of parts with a simple jib crane.
No more pushing the part up against a vertical angle plate while another person clamps the part. Better ergonomics and quality.
The rotating option will allow you to use the tiling action when you need it, but still allow 360 degrees of rotation of the pallet for easy access to any fixture design. Available in 400 mm, 500 mm, 630 mm, 800 mm, and 1000 mm pallet sizes. Can be adapted to any pallet pool system.
