Quality Assurance (Deflection Testing)

How do you know your not deforming your part?

Don't wait until you're proving out your process to find out your workholding is working against you!  With DMT's deflection testing process, we will work out any deformation problems before your fixture is delivered.  By measuring deflection in the clamped and unclampted states, you will know if you part is being deformed.

We will also simulate the tool pressures applied to ensure the part will not move or deflect under machining conditions.  If your fixture supplier is not performing these test before shipment, then your testing their quality on your shop floor, at your expense.
